Jean Puegh was driving to work one day and was 10 miles on her way, when she heard a strange noise coming from the car. It was nothing like engine murmur or squeaky breaks, but something different entirely. She wasn't too sure about her assumptions, until a nearby driver confirmed her suspicions that something was definitely wrong with the rear wheels of her Buick Encore SUV. He said that he heard animal noises. She though she heard meowing, but she was listening to the car radio and didn't think much about it. She called 911, but the operator forwarded her call to the local dealership. When Jean drove her car to the service, the mechanics found something that no one would have expected to see in such a dangerous surrounding – a tiny kitten. The men took 10 minutes to pull the tiny feline from the car. The kitty had gotten way into the engine and was found stuck above the gas tank. Luckily for the curious critter, worker Sara Weeber was on site and fell madly in love with it, so she decided to adopt it and name it after the vehicle it was rescued from, Encore. Whether it was fate or just pure coincidence, we can't be sure, but that mischievous kitten is now living the life it deserves, away from hot car parts.
